The Kornfeld Foundation Making a Difference Curriculum Laboratory

An interactive initiative to build an official model for Making a Difference, Community Works’ signature program of multifaceted reading, writing, history, and creative arts curriculum designed to connect young people to their own neighborhood. Currently a mainstay in hundreds of schools in Harlem and beyond, activities include writing a new curriculum guide, implementing and fine-tuning the model, teacher training, and the creation of video and web-based teaching guides.
